my steps for not eating/binging

rosecoluredgirl:

after school:

  1. get changed
  2. do NOT go to the kitchen
  3. drink 5 cups water
  4. go for a run
  5. shower
  6. listen to music + study

skip dinner:

  1. say i’m not hungry
  2. drink 5 cups water
  3. go for a walk on the treadmill until 7:30 pm

at night: 

  1. drink 5 cups of water
  2. chew some gum
  3. put in earphones and listen to music at a high volume
  4. look at thinspo
  5. study

what NOT to do:

  • convince yourself you deserve the food
  • go to the kitchen
  • think food is the answer to stress
  • go on distracting websites like youtube
