I’m here to talk about the things that happen when you start at a higher weight and start to lose weight

I started at 178 and I am now at 160 so here goes
• I can’t tell a difference in the appearance of my thighs or tummy, which sucks, BUT
• my wrists are thinner. I can wrap my hands around them.
• I no longer have a double chin
• when I grab at the skin on my back and shoulders, there isn’t much to grab
• I can exercise better
• my lips and eyes look bigger on my face
• my pants are looser

SO PLEASE DONT GET DISCOURAGED. LITTLE CHANGES HAPPEN. AND THEY WILL SOON TURN INTO BIG CHANGES. I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH AND I KNOW YOU CAN STICK TO YOUR PLAN AND MEET YOUR GOALS. STAY SAFE, I LOVE YOU AND I AM ALWAYS HERE TO SUPPORT YOU.
