1) do not fast for more than 36 hours (including sleeping) even if you just eat something small.
2) if you start to feel NAUSEOUS after not eating for a long period of time, EAT SOMETHING. This means your blood sugar is dropping to dangerous levels.
3) eat slowly when you begin to eat again, especially if your blood sugar is low, bc you could risk throwing up.
4) if your hands and feet begin to tingle or feel senseless, get under a heated blanket or warm bath. This will help calm your body.
5) if you start to see black spots and/or feel dizzy, sit down and take a few deep breaths.
6) if you feel your breathing begin to get more shallow, eat something small bc this means again that your blood sugar is dropping too quickly.
7) DO NOT PUSH IT. remember to take breaks and not excessively work out or stress yourself out.
