here’s how:
1 tbsp of white flour (28 kcal)
1 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of 0kcal sweetener
½ tsp of cinnamon (3 kcal)mix in a bowl or a mug or whatever and put in microwave! it tastes really good and helps if you’re craving something sweet.
