6) Side leg lifts
7) Wall sits
8) Push-ups
9) Jog in place (lightly!)
10) Planks
11) Lumberjack swings (opposite arm to knee)
12) Crunches + Sit ups
13) Butt kicks
14) Knee pulls aka slower version of high knees
15) Slow mountain climbers
