🌿Reach GW3: 50kg

🌿Drink 2L of water each day

🌿NEVER eat more than 1000 cals; aim for 600

🌿Workout 2-3 times a week

🌿Fast twice a week; aim for tuesdays and fridays

🌿Weigh myself every two days and body checks on sundays

🌿Always get an A or above (D+ or above in maths)
