just (sad) ed things
- managing to restrict the whole week becomes bittersweet because you usually fall into a bit of a depressive episode
- food and calories and diet is the only thing you can think about, it takes up all your energy
- studying is hard. work is hard. standing up is hard.
- the initial hunger pangs are absolute torture
- believe it or not, it is possible to become sick of diet coke and green tea lol
- watching other people eat normally around you can be painful
- the guilt and shame that comes with eating like an ordinary person
- “700 calories?” your brain asks, “ur a fake!1!1!!!”
