just (sad) ed things

  • managing to restrict the whole week becomes bittersweet because you usually fall into a bit of a depressive episode
  • food and calories and diet is the only thing you can think about, it takes up all your energy
  • studying is hard. work is hard. standing up is hard.
  • the initial hunger pangs are absolute torture
  • believe it or not, it is possible to become sick of diet coke and green tea lol
  • watching other people eat normally around you can be painful
  • the guilt and shame that comes with eating like an ordinary person
  • “700 calories?” your brain asks, “ur a fake!1!1!!!”
