Hot baths are definitely more comfortable and more efficient. You burn about 80% of your TDEE in an hour which is – in my case – about 140kcal.
Comparison: A cold bath burns about 30% of your TDEE in an hour which is – again, in my case – about 105kcal. And you’re risking the health of your lungs and bladder.
