So I’m back on my bullshit and I finally completed it
SW: 132 ish
Day 1: –
Day 2: 127
Day 3: 125.6
Day 4: 123.4
Day 5: 121.6
Day 6: 120.6
Day 7: 119.6
note: I weighed myself the next morning after each day except for day 1.
It was so hard but I’m glad I chose to resist and be strong. I notice my face, waist, and hips got smaller. but my thighs are still huge lol I still need to reach my UGW.
Also before I started this my stupid fat-ass binged for like 5 days and I probably gained at least 5 lbs from that… so I’d say I lost around 12.4 lbs in total. ugh seriously binging sucks. It will only delay you further from your goals and makes the work extra harder. I got into terrible binge-restrict cycle in the past month and it’s honestly so stupid and frustrating. If only I didn’t binge I would’ve reached my GW1 much earlier
Anyway I’ll write some tips if anyone’s interested!
I need to do this, I just wish I lived alone.
