Disclaimer: these rules are just for me to follow. Please donāt feel like you have to do these things. Stay safe! š
- Take before and after photos on the 1st and 30th.
- Stretch every day.
- No more than 600 calories per day.
- NO BINGING!!!!
- No drinking your calories. Only water/tea/coffee/diet sodas allowed.
- Fast at least one day a week minimum.
- Weigh every day. Record weight in bullet journal.
- Take multivitamins every day.
- Brush teeth every day. If your body isnāt perfect, your smile should be.
- Always have nails painted. If they start to chip, remove and paint again.
- Never show negative emotion to others. Only let them see you happy.
- Read or listen to music for an hour a day. Spend some time away from your phone.
- Dress as trendy as you can. Never leave the house looking a mess.
- Keep bedroom/house/apartment clean at all times.
- Do some form of exercise every day, even if itās something small.
- STAY HYDRATED!!!
- Moisturize and practice proper skin care.
- Limit fast food to once a week if at all.
- Post to Tumblr every day. Donāt let your followers down.
- No cheat days. NONE.
