Diet to Help Stop Binges

So there is a very popular fad diet that I have personally tried several times. It helped me to lose 5-10 pounds in a week.

I have decided to take inspiration from it to create a plan that’ll help to reduce your appetite in order to try and prevent binges.

Days 1-3

20 bites of whatever you want.

5 for breakfast. 5 for lunch. 5 in the evening. And 5 at night.

Day 4-7

15 bites of whatever you want.

5 for breakfast

5 for lunch

5 for dinner

Days 8-10

10 bites of whatever you want

5 for lunch

5 for dinner

By the 10th day, you appetite should be suppressed and you should be able to start eating three meals a day with nice and reasonable portions. Look up recommended calorie intakes for your height and weight. It should be easy to stick to this recommendation after this 10 day hunger reset.

Examples of 5 bite items:

One egg on top of a piece of toast- my go to

Banana and peanut butter

A little more than half of a 6inch sub

2 chicken tenders

You can make the bites as big as possible.
