weightless-and-thin:

Thinspo Diet

I found this diet on YouTube but have edited it a bit and I give some useful tips.

Please only do this for a week. I have anorexia but even I’d only do it for a short period of time.

Let’s begin:

Breakfast: oatmeal, berries.

Lunch: skip if possible, or eat fruit.

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 1 ½ slices of toast

Tips for snacking:

Fruits and berries (in moderation! they have sugar too!)

A spoonful of peanut butter! It keeps you full and can help you lose weight and prevent heart disease! Screw that spoonful of sugar, by the way. Go for a reduced or 0g sugar peanut butter if possible

Lettuce! It’s crunchy like potato chips and it’s basically just water so you 1. Hydrate and 2. Get healthier!

Water. Can’t stress this enough. 0 cal, 0g sugar, 0g fat, 0g- well, you get the point. It’s like being able to drink air. And to those people who say water has no taste… *cough* anyways, try drinking more water and especially before meals to help you feel more full and thus eat less, and hydrate you!

Oatmeal. I mean, seriously! Google the nutritional facts about it! Helps you lose weight, keeps you fuller, gives you more energy, etc- and it tastes good! Try lower calorie oatmeal, and don’t be afraid of instant oats!

Tips

  • Do not give up, first of all. It’s obviously easier said than done and even I struggle with it, but do not give up. You will get there. It doesn’t happen overnight, it happens every time you choose a healthier option.
  • Do not not not not NOT drink soda oh my God I can’t even stress that enough, do not drink it. Your daily recommended sugar is around 24g, right? A single bottle can be about 3x that. And the calories, not to mention it bloats you and makes you look fatter… just stop. Drink water. Water tastes gross in comparison at first but you’ll get used to it. Try cold water- it’s waaaaay better~!
  • Try light workouts occasionally. It’s hard to not feel awkward and it’s hard to get the willpower to stick to a routine, but when you do, it feels like you can do anything, and you can do anything.
  • Try to get a buddy in this! Online or offline, just someone who will be there to keep you in check! It really motivates you when you have competition or a friend
  • Look at other’s weightloss progress! It really helps!
  • Don’t be afraid to do something new. You’ll thank yourself in the long run
  • Speaking or run, go for one! It’ll boost your energy and you’ll feel relaxed afterwards!
  • Chew gum. Yes, I know it has calories and sugar, but trust me. Chew it. It’s better than eating a buffet.
  • Don’t be afraid to say no. When you’re offered foods you’d otherwise say yes to, you’re going to have to say no at some point even if you don’t want to. It’s hard- especially if you won’t get an opportunity to eat that cupcake any other time soon- but it you don’t stop allowing this behavior it’ll just get harder and harder to get thin. Just say no this time, and once you hit your goal you can say yes.
  • And lastly? Just know you’re really hecking perfect. You don’t have to change because it is true that the right people will come despite your looks, but you can still get prettier so that YOU can feel pretty.

I’m not going to just say “oh Haha ur so pretty don’t change u can b anything n everything it’ll be easy to be beautiful just be u, ur still loved UwU!!!” Because that’s the bullcrap no one likes to hear. You won’t feel pretty just because someone said so. You won’t be skinny overnight or just because you skipped a meal or two. You won’t suddenly have a million people asking for your hand in marriage. You will still want to change yourself despite someone saying you don’t have to, and the truth is that it’s just growth. Change = Growth. When you grow a flower and it does grow well, but you feel that changing the fertilizer could either make it grow better or make it wilt, you can take a risk and use it because you won’t know it this change will help you flourish or if it’ll just end up failing.

So let’s stop giving up and saying we cant. No one could until they did. I’m tired of hearing “I cant.” Why can’t the T just be a typo of “I can.”?
