Combine flour, baking powder, and half of your stevia/Splenda in a small bowl
Add water to dry ingredients and mix until smooth
Place mixture on a piece of parchment paper on a plate and spread into a circle
Microwave dough for 30 seconds (could also be cooked in a pan on the stove over medium heat or microwaved without parchment paper, these options will just be slightly stickier)
Once dough is done baking, peal off parchment paper and place back on plate
Combine cinnamon and other half of Splenda/stevia in a small bowl or measuring cup
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over dough
Roll dough and slice, creating your “cinnamon rolls” and enjoy!
Extra step: if you would like to add a “frosting” to your cinnamon rolls, use 0 calorie low fat marshmallow fluff with a bit of water (to thin the mixture into a icing consistency)
