What I learned by losing 40+ pounds

• People will notice the weight loss way before you do

• Cardio does wonders

• Occasional binge days are okay!!!

• Family and friends will make comments about your weight loss that will make you uncomfortable

• (if you’re a girl) You lose a lot of weight in your breast and butt region

• Collarbones are great but look and feel sorta freaky sometimes

• People will treat you differently and will generally be nicer to you

• Thigh gaps feel great

• (if you’re a girl) You’ll most probably always have that little pouch on your lower tummy bc your uterus naturally pushes out

• Food becomes numbers

• You’ll be able to see a food and immediately know how many calories are in it

• Safe foods are heaven

• Staying motivated can be really hard

• You’ll gain some weight back after you lose it

• An all-or-nothing mentality can ruin your life

• You’ll feel as if you’re in a competition with everyone around you

• No matter how much you lose, you’ll always feel like you have to lose more

• Body dysmorphia sucks

• You will never see yourself to be as small as others see you

• You’ll lose fat in places you didn’t even know was possible

• Meal planning saves lives

• Thinner arms feel great

• You’ll start to bloat really easily

Everyone’s weight loss experience is different! This is just what happened to me! Please feel free to send me questions I’ll be happy to answer them❤️ Stay safe!!!

self harm

its extremely dangerous. i knew it was bad but yesterday my perspective changed drastically. of course when you see others self harm scars you become really protective but you never think about yourself the same way. you kinda just do it. but you never think about the “what if"s. you know, like ” what if the blade cut too deep?“ or “what if i cut a vein?” or something along these lines. well yesterday i wasnt thinking about it either until the blade went too deep. i started panicking like crazy but i didnt wanna tell anyone. i had a panic attack because i dont actually wanna die, i just wanna feel something. luckily i was fine but, again, what if something actually happened? if i cut a bit lower, but the deepness being the same i could be in the hospital right now. or just passed out since i dont wanna tell anyone. self harm really isnt a joke, please be safe and dont do it. your well being is important.

Hey beautiful, this is just a reminder that you are perfect. I think you are absolutely amazing. No matter what you will always have someone proud of you and there for you. If any of you are struggling with depression, self-harm, identity issues, or anything at all please message me. Because despite your sexuality, race, religion, sex, or views, you deserve to feel loved and wanted.

Don’t let anyone tell you what is right or wrong, show them what’s right and let them be wrong.

trigger warning

if you’re thinking about hurting yourself or killing yourself:

please don’t. please just hold on. please.

i know you have your own scars and you feel so very alone, but please don’t do anything. i guarantee you someone cares. and if you think “no. you’re wrong. no one would care” then know that i would care.

stay safe, love.

there is still good in this world.
