Ok so I lost almost 15 kg in a month and a half and a lot off my classmates notice my weight loss so they asked me how I did it and of course i lied to them but if you wanna know then:
~ I did 150 – 200 jumping jacks almost every time i went to the bathroom
~ I did 20 – 50 squats and situps every day
~ When school ends I would go to the next bus station that is 30 min of walking and then when I get out of the bus I have like 15 more min of walking to my house
~ I as a muslim fasted every other day and for sahur I would only drink water and for iftar I would sometimes eat something that is under 500 cal and sometimes just drink green tea
~ For the days I don’t do a muslim fast I still fast but I drink water, green tea and sometimes coffee through the day
~ I always help my mom with her chores
~ If I’m hungry I would distract myself by watching youtube, doing homework, draw, listen to music, look at thinspo, ec..
~ If there is something sweet that I want to eat for eg. a cake I tell my mom I eat it later and when she goes to lay down and nobody is watching I would take a small piece and chew every bite 20-30 times and spit it out except the last bite I will swallow it (this goes for everything that is high on cal not only sweets).
That is what I did and for ME it was really easy but it doesn’t mean that it is going to be easy for you. I also allowed myself a cheat day twice in these past mont and a half but i never went above 800 cal. Feel free to ask me questions.
