
psa!! be careful when fasting!!
here are some of the symptoms of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). if you start experiencing three or more of these while fasting, you need to stay away from caffeine and eat something, or you may pass out or have a seizure. please stay safe and reblog to spread the word.
- fatigue
- shakiness, lightheadedness, dizziness
- visual disturbances such as blurry or spotty vision
- confusion or unresponsiveness
- pounding heart, racing pulse
- nausea
- sweating
- pale skin
- anxiety
- irritability
- tingling sensation around the mouth
here are some good choices of foods to eat if you get hypoglycemic. it’s best to eat something sugary to give a quick boost to your blood sugar levels.
- ½ cup any fruit
- 1 cup of almond, soy, or skim milk
- 4 or 5 saltine crackers
- 2 tablespoons of raisins
- 1 tbsp of honey (put this under your tongue so that it will be absorbed into your bloodstream quickly)
i hate how all it took was one person liking a post on my main blog. naturally I checked out their blog. they were an Ana blog and I got really into it in a few minutes, following more and more of those blogs and knowing i was destined to be like them. the next day, i created this blog.
three weeks later- boom. a life where everything revolves around counting calories, weighing myself, crying constantly, thinking about food, and wishing i would just lose the fucking weight.
three weeks of this. Jesus Christ. three weeks of nervously googling local restaurants for their calorie counts, three weeks of being scared when I ate more than 800 calories.
i know it’s not gonna end any time soon, even though I wish it could be over.
SO PLEASE, if I’m your first Ana blog, get the hell away from me. DONT GET INTO THIS. it’s not fucking worth it.
GET HELP.

LOVE YOURSELF.
