I’m struggling between “I have to starve, I wanna be fucking thin, someone should finally care” and “What tf are you doing? That’s just unhealthy, it’s not living, it’s existing. Just eat.”
And that’s why I’m permanently switching between binging & starving, that’s why I’m still weighing the same, that’s why I’ll never be thin.
I just have to want it hard enough.
I don’t think people talk enough about feeling like you’re faking an eating disorder or disordered eating.
Like, one day you decide you’re gonna up your calorie count, or have a good week, hell even a good month. But the voice is always there even if you shove it away for a while.
Every time you look in the mirror, every time you eat something that you know you’ve had a problem with in the past. You think you’re fat, you’re clearly not but can you be bothered to do anything about it? It’s still a valid issue even if you aren’t doing anything about it right now.
Keep yourself safe x
Curses seem to work better than spells and the world always seems to do things in the opposite way of how you wish it so…
✨Weight loss curse to lose 20lbs this month✨

reblog if you want to be 120lbs or lighter by Christmas ✨
Omg i wish
How I lose a lb daily
- Intermittent fasting.
I do intermittent fasting for 16 hours every day and it works so well. Sometimes I fast for 24 hours, but not often.
- 550 calories daily.
I usually eat this much or less everyday. Sometimes I go up more, but never over 1,000.
- Don’t binge eat.
This one used to be hard for me and it takes a lot of self control. I usually have to remind myself that I don’t binge anymore and then go distract myself.
- Walk.
I hate working out, so I walk all the time. Even in my bedroom, I’ll put earbuds on and pace back and forth. Every step makes a small difference and it will all add up in the end.

Reminder; this is my personal experience and outcomes will vary. I don’t encourage eating disorders and if you have an ED, please seek help. I don’t recommend anyone to restrict calories to anything lower than 1,200. I got many anons asking me to do this so I did. Please stay safe.
I do something Really similar to this, glad to see I’m not alone

this is a blessed image. reblog for the strength to resist binging for the rest of the month. nothing will happen if you don’t reblog this post, simply having seen this will give you a boost of power and self control. ❤
Notes to Thirteen Year Old Girls
When your best friend tells you all she had for breakfast
Was a packet of Splenda and a Diet Coke,
And she tells you that she’ll stop after she loses five more pounds,
Do not believe her.
Tell her mother.
It does not matter how angry your friend gets.
The pain of that will always be preferable to the pain
Of seeing your best friend in four years
Weighing as much as she does now
Half-dead in the hospital. When your father sneaks into your bed in the dead of the night,
And he tells you that this is how fathers love their daughters,
Do not believe him.
Tell your English teacher.
She will have read millions of stories of girls like you.
There is a one in six chance that she will be a girl like you.
There is a five in six chance that she will know what to say to you.
There is a six in six chance that she will help you. When your veins whisper to you in the moonlight
And say that there are so many nightmares inside you
That could be free
If you would just open your arms,
Do not believe them.
Tell your school’s guidance counselor,
No matter how scared you are
Because whispers are liars,
And opening your arms will only open the passage
For more nightmares to climb in.And when the therapists say that you are better,
Totally better,
And you don’t need to worry about the sadness again,
Do not believe them.
Always be cautious, because sadness has a way
Of sneaking up on you
When you’re not looking.
Be careful.
Be careful.

TIPS!!!
Here are some random tips to get past the humps and lose that extra pound.
- If your friends want to go drinking, offer to be the designated driver! You get to avoid Alcohol, which is SUPER high cal, to instead have water or diet soda.
- Fidget!! Make it random by bouncing your legs around, or give it a system by tapping your feet and hands in a certain way. It won’t burn the most calories, but it’s still burning
- If you’re worried weight gain on vacation, most hotels have a pool and small gym. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed in has had a treadmill, yoga mat, and some weights. Use them! Constant swimming is also a great way to burn calories. Jump in!
- Put a bandaid or rubber band on your wrist. Every time you want to eat, snap the rubber band or rip the band aid up a little. You’ll start to associate the pain with eating.
- Caffeine is a natural appetite suppressant, but if you can’t handle Caffeine, save up a few dollars for nan appetite suppressant shake from Wal-Mart. I’ve seen some that are around $5, just take one once a day, when your appetite is huge.
- Keep your hands busy and keep focused. Doing something that takes time and focus, like cleaning your room, doing a jigsaw puzzle, or even just getting really into a new TV show can distract from hunger and the need to eat.
- Tell people you got really inspired to try the 7 day vegan challenge! This makes it waaaay easier to deny processed meat, cheese, and butter (all of which are trigger foods for me).
- If you’re having a meal around family, create a system and follow it. For example, I eat all my vegetables (less if it’s a salad with cream dressing), 3-5 small bites of meat (less if it has sauce), and 1 bite of carb. I then combine and mash my food just a little to make it look like I got somewhere.
- Drink tons of water. If you can handle it, open the fridge whenever you’re in the kitchen when other people are around to make it sound like you’re getting food. No one will worry as much, and you have an excuse for not eating lots at meals (sorry! I had so many snack today!)
- Try to change your mindset to remember food isn’t the number one enemy: eating without control is. Plan out your meals to the last detail so you know what you’re doing.
- Try the 80/20 rule: most fitness pros will tell you weight loss is about balance. You can’t expect to completely cut out junk, because it’s not reasonable. Try to eat healthy 80% of the time, and unhealthy 20% of the time. At the same time, healthy food should take up 80% of a regular sized dinner plate, and junk should take up 20% or less of a regular sized dinner plate.
I hope this helps, you skinny legends. Drop your own tips in the replies!
Smoothie Masterpost
I’m a huge, huge fan of fruit smoothies, to the point where I get HUGE packs of frozen fruit (from Costco of course, I pretty much live there) just to make smoothies. I’m going to make a mix n’ match to make your own smoothie, with the calories listed!
Start with a liquid (0.5 cup):
- unsweetened almond milk (20 kcal)
- skim milk (40 kcal)
- water (0 kcal)
- unsweetened cashew milk (20 kcal)
- 2% milk (60 kcal)
Add your frozen fruit (0.5 cup):
- blueberries (35 kcal)
- mango (60 kcal)
- cherries (45 kcal)
- strawberries (25 kcal)
- peaches (30 kcal)
- banana (70 kcal)
- pineapple (37 kcal)
Optional: add sweetener (1 tbsp):
- honey (60 kcal)
- Splenda/Stevia/0 cal sweetener (0 kcal)
- granulated sugar (48 calories)
- agave nectar (63 kcal)
Stick everything in a blender and blend it up! This makes a very thick smoothie (the way I like it!) that I eat with a spoon like ice cream 😛
Pro tips:
- You could totally add some cinnamon or other herbs/spices (mint, too!) or even peanut butter (great with bananas) or chocolate chips/cocoa powder~
- If you’re using something other than cow milk (like almond milk, cashew milk, water, etc.) consider adding a tsp of xanthan gum (10 kcal). It really helps keep everything blended and prevents it from having a slushy texture (unless you like slushies)~
- For some extra awesomeness, instead of doing half a cup of frozen fruit, do a quarter cup of two different fruits! Some of my favourite combos are: mango & blueberry, cherry & strawberry, cherry & peach, peach & blueberry, strawberry & banana, banana & blueberry. Or, if you’re not too worried about calories (because these are fruits, they’re seriously super good for you) just mix a bunch of ‘em together and see how it goes! Bananaberry (0.25 cup banana, 1 tbsp blueberries, 1 tbsp cherries, 2 tbsp strawberries) is seriously so good and one of my favourites~
