Keep an eye out for this pride flag! If you encounter someone with this pride flag as their icon, do yourself a favor and block/report them. This is the MAP pride flag. For those who don’t know, MAP stands for Minor Attracted Person, more commonly known as a pedophile. The MAP community is filled with adults who openly admit to having sexual feelings towards children, and post about how they fantasize about underaged children. It’s sick and disgusting, and these depraved individuals try and use tumblr as a platform to normalize their perversions. They appropriate the experiences of the LGBT community by feigning systematic oppression, and comparing the rightful societal condemnation of pedophiles to the violent persecution of the LGBT community, which isn’t even remotely comparable. It’s honestly reprehensible that they’d take advantage of pride by making a flag like this. It’s incredibly dangerous because unifying symbols such as this create a platform for pedophiles to prey on children, and spread pedophilia-enabling rhetoric. Please spread this around if you can, and if you are a minor, don’t bother interacting with these scumbags. It’s not worth putting yourself in danger to call these people out or try to get them to see the error of their ways. Stay safe everyone!

For all the young guys and girls who message me asking how to stop eating/lose more than 10lbs in a week/purge without getting caught:

I wouldn’t wish this disorder upon anyone, much less encourage it.

-I cannot teach you how to become anorexic. Mine was triggered after a trauma, it’s a mental disorder not a fucking diet.

-You’re hurting yourself by purging, so I’m glad you’re having trouble actually doing it.

-If you’re under 16 looking to lose a few lbs quickly, get out of here. The more time you spend interacting with and reading about eating disorders/inspo, the more likely you are to actually develop one.

Eating disorders are not glamorous, they don’t have an end date, and they aren’t a choice. There’s so much more to life than skinny girls on tumblr- log off before you become trapped in that world like we are.

🌙100 Calorie Apple Pie🌙

Ingredients: 

1 medium red apple (80 cal)  (you can replace this ingredient with any other type of apple or even other fruits if you’d like, but the calories won’t be the same as the recipe I include here)

1 tbsp cinnamon (19 cal) 

As much 0 cal sweetener you want 

Instructions: 

1. Slice the apple into circular pieces and place in bowl.

2. Measure out ½ tbsp cinnamon and the amount of 0 calorie sweetener you wish to use. (You can add oats if you want, +75 calories per ¼ cup and make sure to add a bit of water/butter if you do)

3. Spread cinnamon and sweetener over apples, make sure all pieces are coated evenly.

4. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until the bottom of the bowl has liquid in it. 

5. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Adds up to 99 calories and is very filling. A good snack food for when you’re craving something sweet. 

If you don’t have 0 calorie sweetener, you can also make this with a few teaspoons of brown or white sugar. +17 calories per teaspoon of brown sugar, +16 per teaspoon of white sugar.
