I sometimes feel like i’m faking my ed??? I dont know how to explain it. Sometimes i fast almost every day and eat as little as possible but sometimes i just say “fuck it” and eat normally for a few days, and then i feel so fat but i cant stop and after weeks i’m back again to fasting. I dont know if my explanation made any sense but i hope y’all could understand. Does anyone else feel like this too or is it just me?

Update?
So i have zero idea what I weigh at the moment but i gotta get to like 50kg before term 3. It’s 18th June so i have around a month. Majority of my year level went on camp like 2 weeks ago and I won’t see them til next term so hopefully I’ll blow them away be being some what skinny. I will reach my goal, I can do thisđź’“
A workout I made! I modeled each day after a mythical creature, because it’s fun, ok? (Except for the Shield Maiden; I know they were real people.) I follow it religiously and sometimes do it twice a day. It’s quiet but still a good workout. I use 3lb weights with it, which makes it even harder, but the rewards are easy to see! If you eat less than 500 cals a day, please dont do this. It’s too intense. I purposefully designed each workout to burn 500+ cals. When used with weights, it burns more. Enjoy!!

• 20 crunches
• 30 sit ups
• 1 min wall sit
• 30 sec plank
• 1 min Superman plank
• 1 min cow position, tight

So I went to the store today and turns out they sell razors for like $2. I couldn’t buy them as my mum was with me but I plan on buying them tomorrow after my dance performance.
