so, i’ ve learned a lot in this two months so i decided to share with you guys
In weekends i wake up really late, so my family already had breakfast so i don’t have to sit with them and i can only eat an apple or skip breakfast.
In school days, i drink a lot of water. i skip lunch when i can. i’m very shy but i try to chat w/ friends so i forget about food.
when i arrive home, i go straight to my room. i take a shower and do homework. i try to study so my grades are ok, so my parents are happy.
when i can, i say that i’m going to have lunch with friends in the mall, instead, i go for a two hours walk so i can skip lunch so parents don’t suspect. sometimes i suggest to friends go and watch a movie, but i only have water or gum
if your parents really insist you to eat, use the vegan/vegetarian excuse. i suggest you to use the vegetarian one, so you can eat some things, like eggs.
Why you should eat eggs?
Low calories: the white part (sorry idk the name in english) has 17 calories and the yellow part has 54 calories (71 in total)
Protein: It has 6.3 g of protein. i usually have eggs for breakfast and my parents are ok with it.
You can eat it in a lot of ways: You can do a lot of plates with eggs, eat it alone, with vegetables, omelette, you decide!

I usually do a lot of housework, you burn calories doing it! And usually parents are happy w/ it.
If you have dinner with family (sucks ik) serve a lot of salad. then try with some protein and very little of carbs.
Avoid salty things, this make you retain water
when i can, i walk from school to my house. burns a lot + i save money from the bus!
I never snack, i save that money so everytime i hit one gw i buy something i like (i’m recently really into stationary things, when i hit 45kg i’ll buy another highlighter 🙂 ).
Join a new sport! If you start dropping fast, you parents will suspect. a good excuse is that you recently started a new sport. (also, you burn more calories this way)
When parents but some caloric stuff, i usually take it to my room and then when i go out i leave it in a public place, so my parents don’t suspect.
So i think that’s it? please stay safe and remember to eat and drink enough water everyday.
