I just saw a 12 year old looking for an Ana buddy. It killed me. I message him, telling him to get help and get away from this site only for him to tell me he has had an Ed since he was 10. I just want to hold these kids in my arms and make everything better. I wish someone would have tried to stop me when I skipped my first meal or shoved my fingers down my throat the first time. I just want to help these kids bc there was no one there to help me and maybe if there was I wouldn’t be spiraling down.

If you are just starting with this place. If you are just getting on Tumblr and just skipping your first meals or purging for the first time, please stop. Get help before it’s too late bc this place is a living hell.

I know what this is like on the 12 y/o’s side lol im 14 and had an ed since i was 11ish and joined social media at 12 and had to hide my age and not make ana buddies cuz people would be worried oops

Cardio work out machines are actually best in intervals. It allows more fat to be burned in between intervals while your heart rate is still up.

If you don’t have a work out machine at home or a membership to a gym, you can also jump rope, which is great exercise, walk, jog, or dance. Look up all the ways you can mindlessly burn calories such as tapping your foot.
