1 piece of toast + half a tsp of honey

or

1 apple + assorted berries

or

1 banana

lunch – 200 calories

100 g of baked salmon + lettuce + cherry tomatoes

or

100 grams baked chicken breast + lettuce + cherry tomatoes

or

100 grams steamed white rice + assorted steamed vegetables + fish

or

grilled cheese (2 pieces of toast + 1 slice of sandwhich cheese) + salad (lettuce + tomatoes)

dinner – 200 calories

beef stir fry + steamed vegetables + stir fried noodles

or

assorted sushi

or

2 scrambled eggs + salad + 1 piece of toast

snack – 100 calories

assorted berries

or

4 hershey’s milk chocolate kisses

or

2 chocolate rice cakes

or
