No boredom eating. No mindless snacking. No emotional eating. Food is fuel, nothing less, nothing more.

I have 67 days until the uni starts; that’s almost 10 weeks. So much time, so much could be done. Just imagine how much I could improve if I simply followed that challenge- in addition to eating plant based & gluten free, and some exercise. Well, I’m going to find out. Started yesterday.
