Losing weight will not be easy so im throwing together this routine as a rough guide to what i’ll be doing one or more times each day.

50 sec. wall sit
100 jumping jacks
50 sec. wall sit
100 jumping jacks

100 jumping jacks

FUN FACT: 7000 JUMPING JACKS BURNS ENOUGH CALORIES TO LOSE 1 POUND (RANDOM FACT I FOUND ON HERE). THIS IS WHY “100 JUMPING JACKS” IS REPEATED 10 TIMES ON THIS PLAN, IF YOU DO THIS ONCE A DAY , FOR A WEEK , YOU’LL LOSE THAT EXTRA POUND!!
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE MY GYM PLAN , WHICH I INTEND TO GET TO AT LEAST ONCE A DAY, EVERYDAY.
