Does anybody else do this??

Sometimes I’ll go days or weeks, without even thinking about calories, or fasting, or working out. And then I’ll look in the mirror and it’s like “oh yeah I’m fat and disgutsing. Ew.” And I’ll go back to it my old “habits” (😒) I don’t know it makes me feel almost invalid?? Kind of like I’m a fake anorexic? I make no sense, sorry.

– Don’t tell us that we’ll never get a job because of our arms.

– Don’t tell us how you’re so ashamed of us because we feel way worse about it.

– Don’t make comments e.g – ‘So you like pain?’ ‘What happened?’ ‘I would never be able to live with myself if I did that.’ ‘I don’t know how you can be seen in public like that.’ ‘Do you even know what you’re doing to yourself?’ BECAUSE OF COURSE WE DO, BUT WE DON’T DO IT TO F UP OUR LIVES, WE DO IT TO HELP US CONTINUE LIVING.

– Don’t make it out like you’re the victim, don’t make it all about yourself, we’re hurting and all we want is your support.

– Don’t roll up our sleeves as an example of self harm! It’s fucking horrible to do that to someone and completely disrespectful!

– Don’t make shitty jokes about it, don’t make our pain seem unimportant.

– Don’t ask how we do it, everyone is different and that’s a conversation that’s really hard to have.

– After something bad happens in our lives don’t say ‘Are you gonna go and harm yourself now?’

– Don’t threaten us that if we don’t stop you’ll start doing it. It’s horrible to put that pressure on someone who’s mentally ill. IT’S AN ILLNESS, WE CAN’T MAKE IT ALL BETTER JUST BECAUSE YOU SAY SO!

Insanely low cal sushi feast recipe!!!!!

Ok so this is mirical sushi😱😱😱Each roll is brace yourselves… 10 calories!!!

It’s amazing I know but I did the math over and over again and it checks out!!

Reminder that 10 calories = 1 potato chip!

So the entire plate is just a tad over 200 cals!! With your sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce you can bump it up (generously because I’m a paranoid rexy) to about 300 for the entire meal!!!

I just finished eating and I feel full but not bloated and I got some good nutrients in there too!!

I missed sushi so much because it could be like 100+ cals a roll YIKES!!

So here’s the recipe!

You will need:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Bean sprouts
  • Nori seaweed paper
  • Mirical rice/ konjanc rice (0 cal rice)
  • Pepper
  • Cummin

Soy sauce/ sweet chilli to taste

  1. Follow the instructions for your 0 cal rice to drain and prepare
  2. Fry rice in pan without oil to dry out and liquid that may still be on it. Crack fresh black pepper and a pinch of cummin to give the rice some flavour
  3. Begin chopping veggies while rice sits. I suggest peeling thin slices of carrot and zucchini and chopping cucumber and capsicum into thin strips. Chop the spring onion finely

This is the quantity of vedge I used

When you’ve chopped all the vedge begin rolling the sushi using the traditional method. I cant really explain the process but if you google it there are heaps of tutorials!

Be prepared to fail the first few times this was my first go and there was a dog pile of first time failures!

Keep in mind the trick to this super low cal sushi is in the konjanc rice! This beefs up the body of the meal and fools you into feeling hella full!!

Ana water fast tracker ✨

So, whenever I fast for a long time I tend to lose motivation quite often. If you have the same problem, here’s something you can do.

You make a long stripe of paper, glue multiple stripes together bc it has to be quite long, and then you devide it in however many hours you’re fasting (I did 48 hours). Then you write down the hours from 1 to 48 from top to bottom and hang it on the wall.

Every time you make it through one hour you can cut off a piece from the bottom and then see how many hours you have left. Try to make it all the way to the top star and you made it through your fast!!

It’s very motivating to see the stripe get shorter and shorter with each hour, it’s like making your way to the top, literally!

I got this idea from my grandma, we used to do this to count down the days until my birthday when I was little. I’m using it now to count down the hours of my fast but you can use it for literally anything.

It might seem silly but I do this every time and it’s awesome!

•Yo think that if you eat only one meal a day and it’s 500 cal hamburger you’ll lose weight? Bullshit. Eat 3 or even 5 HEALTHY meals a day. Some veggies. Fish. Cmon let’s be creative

•STOP ADDING SUGAR TO YOUR COFFE AND TEA KAREN

•having problem with binges? Well if water isn’t enough to stop you drink diet soda, or (if it really is that bad and you just can’t control yourself) eat veggies

•go out for a walk every day. No excuses.

•Don’t. Fast. For. Too. Long. If you keep fasting you’ll start binging in no time. Or die. Either way it’s horrible
