you can mix any of these meals to add up to about 600 calories

breakfast – 100 calories

1 piece of toast + half a tsp of honey

or

1 apple + assorted berries

or

1 banana

lunch – 200 calories

100 g of baked salmon + lettuce + cherry tomatoes

or

100 grams baked chicken breast + lettuce + cherry tomatoes

or

100 grams steamed white rice + assorted steamed vegetables + fish

or

grilled cheese (2 pieces of toast + 1 slice of sandwhich cheese) + salad (lettuce + tomatoes)

dinner – 200 calories

beef stir fry + steamed vegetables + stir fried noodles

or

assorted sushi

or

2 scrambled eggs + salad + 1 piece of toast

snack – 100 calories

assorted berries

or

4 hershey’s milk chocolate kisses

or

2 chocolate rice cakes

or

2 chipsmore cookies

or

1 banana

reasons to be skinny & lose weight

[✨] denim shorts will no longer hug your body and create a disgusting muffin top, they will sit so loosely that there will be a gap between your hips and the shorts

[📸] the photos omggg!! imagine how beautiful the portraits shots of you will be!! your face won’t be all chubby, and you will finally not look like a chipmunk. youll have gorgeous contoured cheeks x

[🥗] being able to go out for dinner and order something light and low cal like a salad, and people not being surprised you didnt order a pizza all for yourself.

[⚽️] being able to play any sport your heart desires and not feel out of place standing with all those fit skinny girls & boys

[🥇] being able to run and exercise without feeling your thighs jiggle!!

[🌹] looking good in anything you wear. skirts, jeans, crop tops, bralettes, dresses, underwear, you name it.

[🌵] people won’t judge you on your weight anymore. they will envy you.

[💍] people will actually start to like you & want to hang out with you.
