I don’t want my friends to be envy. I love them.

I don’t want my mom to worry, I somehow love her.

I don’t want people to ask of I already ate bc I don’t want people to notice me.

I don’t want people to tell me how skinny I am, ask me how I lost weight etc. because I don’t want them to notice me.

I don’t want to be cold all the time bc laying in a warm bed is the best feeling ever.

I don’t want some boy to notice or love me bc when he just loves my body fck you.

I don’t want my teachers to notice bc they’ll send me back to psychiatry.

I don’t want strangers to notice bc instead of fat shaming they’ll do skinny shaming bc people suck.

I don’t wanna look good in a bikini or crop top or whatever bc I hate bikinis and croptops and just wear jeans and sweaters

I just wanna be skinny.

Cure for 4000+ Cal Binge-Attacks

I have a history of binging, sometimes up to 4000+ calories in one sitting, so I know what I’m talking about and I FINALLY found a cure to stop these binges, no matter how much I restrict. It’s quest protein Bars. I’m literally feeling full after 2 of them (wich are about 400 calories). I’d rather eat 400 than 4000 even though I know that 400 is a lot. I suggest quest bars, because they are heavier in weight than other ones and have less carbs+cals. So happy to finally have found something to stop me from completely stuffing myself!!

150 CALORIE MEAL THAT FILLS YOU UP!

  • Shirataki noodles – 30 cal per bag
  • Extra firm tofu – 35 cal per ½ serving 
  • Diced tomatoes – 30 cal per ½ cup
  • Broccoli florets – 20 cal per 1 cup
  • Carrot slices – 35 cal per 2/3 cup
  • Whatever spices you want! (i use 0 cal hot sauce)
  1. Start by heating up/sauteeing the broccoli and carrots in a frying pan
  2. Once slightly cooked, mix in tomatoes and spices
  3. Bring mixture to a simmer, adding in tofu
  4. Sautee for about 5 minutes
  5. Add in rinsed noodles, and mix together well
  6. Let cook for another 5 minutes

I’m not good at captions, but this meal seriously fills you up for hours, and tastes crazy good considering it’s only 150 calories! Anyway, if you make it pls tell me how it came out/if you liked it!!

Lo-cal apple mini muffins. Light and easy snack – hand for size comparison. Taste great and only 20kcals each. Super filling and healthy.

Ingredients;
– 1.5 cups whole grain flour
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tsp nutmeg
– 1.5 tsps baking powder
– 1/3 cup olive oil
– ½ cup honey
– ½ cup Greek yoghurt
– 2 egg whites (you can add the yolks but I find them useless calories that you don’t need)
– 1tsp vanilla
– 2 apples

Method;
~Preheat oven to 220C or 450F~
1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Cut one of the apples up into tiny cubes and grate the other.
3. Mix in the apple.
4. Whisk together oil and honey in a separate bowl.
5. Add all other wet ingredients to that bowl.
6. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
7. Spoon out into mini patty pans
8. Put in oven for 10 minutes.
9. Take out and enjoy!

It makes 54 muffins and they last nearly forever. Keep them in the fridge or freezer after about 2 days though or they will begin to dry out. Now you have a yummy, healthy snack ready with virtually no calories!
